SOFIA (Bulgaria), April 29 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Sopharma Properties [BUL:6S6] said it will raise its share capital to 16.9 million levs ($12 million/8.6 million euro) through a new share issue.
The company will issue 1,228,070 voting shares with a par value of 1.0 lev and and an issue price of 2.85 levs each, Sopharma Properties said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The company's shareholders approved the capital increase proposal at a meeting held on April 25.
Currently, the REIT’s capital is divided into 15,710,686 voting shares with a par value of 1.0 lev each.
The company is majority owned by local blue-chip drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR].
Sopharma Properties traded 0.97% lower at 2.97 levs by 1138 CET on the Sofia stock exchange.
