December 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Glenmoore Capital [BUL:GE5] will seek to increase its capital to 650,000 levs ($396,600/332,300 euro) from 500,000 levs, the Sofia bourse said on Thursday.
The company intends to issue 150,000 shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each, equal to their sale price, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange said in a statement.
The rights for the issue will start trading on the Sofia bourse on January 3.
The share issue will be considered successful if at least one share is subscribed for and fully paid for.
