SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 22 (SeeNews) – Blue-chip real estate investment trust (REIT) Bulgarian Real Estate Fund (BREF) [BUL:5BU] said it has sold two plots of land in Sofia for a total of 3.4 million euro ($4.0 million).
The two land plots, with a total area of 13,471 sq m, were sold at a price of 250 euro per sq m, the REIT said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

Following the sale, BREF now owns 16,018 sq m of land.
In October, BREF signed a 9.65 million levs contract for the right to build and operate an office building on the territory of state-owned Sofia Tech Park.
