SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 30 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian blue-chip real estate investment trust (REIT) Advance Terrafund [BUL:6A6] said on Monday its net profit rose to 6.4 million levs ($3.8 million/3.3 million euro) in the first nine months of 2017 from 4.2 million levs in the like period of last year.
Revenue from land sold rose to 11.4 million levs in January-September from 9.8 million levs in the comparable period of 2016, Advance Terrafund said in a bourse filing.
The company’s total operating revenue increased to 18.4 million levs in the review period from 16.0 million levs the year before.
Operating expenses edged up to 12.0 million levs in the period under review from 11.8 million levs a year earlier.
The REIT's total assets stood at 232.1 million levs at the end of September, down from 240.7 million levs at end-2016.
As at 1345 CET on Monday, Advance Terrafund shares traded 1.49% higher at 2.244 levs.
