December 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator said it rejected the prospectus of local investment company Futures Capital [BUL:5FC] for listing a 5 million euro ($6.0 million) bond issue on the stock exchange in Sofia.
The issue comprises 5,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement last week.
The regulator did not disclose the reasons for its decision.
