September 17 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator approved a prospectus by Forucom Fond Imoti REIT [BUL:FFI] for admittance to trade of a bond issue worth 20 million levs ($12.04 million/10.23 million euro), the regulator said.
The issue consists of 20,000 nine-year secured non-convertible bonds with a par value of 1,000 levs apiece and a floating rate of the six-month Euribor plus 450 bp but not less than 3.25% yearly, the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said in a notice on its website on Tuesday.
The bonds will mature on March 29, 2030.
Forucom Fond Imoti's shares last traded at 1.20 levs on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
