January 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator has asked local cable TV operator M SAT Cable, a unit of diversified group Holding Varna [BUL:5V2], to correct its prospectus for listing a bond issue on the Sofia bourse.
The company has one month to resolve the detected inconsistencies and provide information that is missing, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement on Friday.
In November 2017, M SAT Cable issued 20 million levs ($12.7 million/10.2 million euro) worth of 7-year corporate bonds. The issue, which consists of 20,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each, carries an annual interest rate of 6.5% with coupon payments due semi-annually.
