March 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator said it has requested local cable TV operator M SAT Cable, a unit of diversified group Holding Varna [BUL:5V2], to correct its prospectus for listing a bond issue on the stock exchange in Sofia.
In a statement issued late on Friday, the financial regulator did not specify a deadline for submitting the current corrections.
This is the second such request. On January 29, the Financial Supervision Commission said that M SAT Cable had one month to resolve the detected inconsistencies and provide information that was missing.
In November 2017, M SAT Cable issued 20 million levs ($12.7 million/10.2 million euro) worth of 7-year corporate bonds. The issue, which consists of 20,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each, carries an annual interest rate of 6.5% with coupon payments due semi-annually.
