SOFIA (Bulgaria), September 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's National Railway Infrastructure Company said on Thursday that it has opened a 3.5 million levs ($2.0 million/1.8 million euro) tender for the modernisation and upgrade of the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system of the Duptnitsa-Kulata railway section.

Candidates should prove that they have carried out projects with similar parameters within the five years preceding the offer submission date, the state-owned railway company said in a tender notice.

The deadline for submitting offers is November 7.

Bids will be ranked based on price, which will form 70% of the final mark, and technical criteria.
