December 23 (SeeNews) - State-owned Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company said it has invited Slovenia's Actual I.T. and local CNsys for negotiations for awarding a contract for development and implementation of a Port Community System (PCS), worth an estimated 9 million levs ($5.1 million/4.6 million euro).
The two companies have until January 15 to submit their offers, Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company said in a notice on Friday.
The Ports Infrastructure Company said it invited the two companies after none of three bids submitted in the public procurement procedure for the same assignment met the technical requirements of the procurement.
The PCS system is an open electronic platform for exchange of information between local ports that optimizes, manages and automates port and logistics processes, the notice reads.
