May 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pension insurance company Toplina said that it is planning to increase its capital by 2 million levs ($1.2 million/1.0 million euro).
Toplina intends to offer 2,005 new shares with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each, the company said last week in an invitation for a shareholders meeting.
The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 24.
Toplina currently has a registered capital of 5.495 million levs, divided into 5,495 shares, according to commercial register data.
