February 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian's Pension Insurance Company Toplina has decreased its indirect shareholding in the capital of local Delta Credit SPV to 8.78%, the special purpose vehicle said on Tuesday.
The pension insurer cut its stake through two of the funds it manages in a deal concluded on February 21, Delta Credit SPV said in a bourse filing.

According to Delta Credit SPV's most recent financial report, one of the funds held a stake of 6.90% at the end of December, while the other's stake was below 5%.
Delta Credit SPV shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on February 12, changing hands at 36.8 levs.
