August 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian holding company Synthetica [BUL:0SYA] said on Friday that pension fund Toplina has acquired a 5.5% stake in it.
Toplina acquired 165,410 Synthetica shares, the holding company said in a statement.

On Wednesday, Synthetica [BUL:0SYA] said that insurer Euroins Romania has decreased its stake in the company to 13.81% from 17.05% held in June. Following the transaction, Euroins Romania owns 414,184 shares in the company, Synthetica said at the time.
Synthetica's core business is the management of industrial enterprises, consultancy and trade.
