SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 4 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s Balkan and Sea Properties said on Friday that local Universal Pension Fund (UPF) Saglasie has acquired a 5.01% stake in the company for an undisclosed price.
UPF Saglasie has acquired the stake equivalent to 266,938 shares of the company on Wednesday, Balkan and Sea Properties said in a statement.

The name of the seller and other details of the deal were not disclosed.
On Wednesday, 155,051 Balkan and Sea Properties shares changed hands on the stock exchange in Sofia at an average price of 13.45 levs ($8.16/6.88 euro) apiece, bourse data showed. On Thursday, a total of 461,700 Balkan and Sea Properties shares changed hands on the Sofia bourse at an average price of 14.5 levs apiece.
As at 10:45 CET on Friday, shares of Balkan and Sea Properties were traded flat at 14.5 levs, with 40,000 shares having changed hands by that hour.
