August 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment company Regala Invest [BUL: RGL] said on Friday local Universal Pension Fund (UPF) CCB Sila has decreased its stake in the company to 3.92% from 6.97%.

On Wednesday, Regala Invest said two shareholders have increased their stakes in the company: Varna-based Rosim (to 25.62% from 19.63%) and SIR (to 27.62% from 19.92%.)
On August 4, a total of 3.3 million Regala Invest shares changed hands at an average price of 2.6 levs ($1.6/1.3 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data showed. The number of shares corresponds to a 17.9% stake in the company.
