April 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian professional IT services company ScaleFocus said on Monday it has invested 1.97 million levs ($1.1 million/1 million euro) in expansion of its office in Sofia which will allow the company to increase its presence on the European and North American markets.
The expansion abroad will lead to an increase in revenues from exports of its products by 35% in the next three years, ScaleFocus said in a statement.
The new investment will create 100 new jobs by 2018.
In Bulgaria, ScaleFocus has offices in Sofia and Plovdiv. It also operates offices in London, Munich, Zurich and Washington D.C. The company increased its workforce by 30% to 350 last year.
ScaleFocus is specialised in developing IT products for the sectors of telecommunications, finance and logistics.
