SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian information technology company Velox said on Monday it has developed a new product - Velox Cloud Contact Centre system - which facilitates the establishment of complex call centres.
The new system provides the whole range of functionalities of a modern contact centre without the need for clients to purchase their own servers, equipment and telephone exchanges, Velox said in a statement.
The cloud-based contact centre system can be rented as clients pay only a monthly subscription fee, saving on capital costs for hardware, software, power supply and maintenance staff, Nikolay Kalchev, founder and director of Velox, said in the statement.
Velox Cloud Contact Center solution targets clients such as outsourcing companies, telecom operators, banks, e-shops, collector companies and other organisations which have marketing, sales or telephone support teams.
The Velox Cloud Contact Center is designed to expand parallel to the development of the client's business. In addition, it can be easily integrated into existing telecommunication solutions.
