July 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian information technology company Velox said on Tuesday it has completed the establishment of a call centre and network infrastructure in local healthcare centre Polyclinic Bulgaria.
Under the project, Velox has set up a corporate network, reliable wireless network, Unified Threat Management system and a call centre integrated with a cloud-based platform, the company said in a statement.
In 2017, Velox said it has developed a new product - Velox Cloud Contact Centre system - which facilitates the establishment of complex call centres.
The new system provides the whole range of functionalities of a modern contact centre without the need for clients to purchase their own servers, equipment and telephone exchanges.
