July 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian insurance company Euroins [BUL:5IC] said on Wednesday it will distribute no dividend for 2016.
The company shareholders approved the proposal at a general meeting held on June 30.
The company’s net profit of 926,000 levs ($536,000/473,000) in 2016 will be used to cover losses from previous years, Euroins said in a bourse filing.
Euroins is a unit of Euroins Insurance Group (EIG), part of insurance holding company Eurohold Bulgaria.
