May 17 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Insurance Company Euroins said that it is planning to increase its capital by 8.7 million levs ($5.0 million/4.4 million euro) to 41.17 million levs via a new share issue.
Euroins will offer for subscription 8.7 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each, the company said in a commercial register filing on Thursday.
Existing shareholders have the right to subscribe for a portion of the shares, proportional to their current stake in the company.
Euroins is a unit of local Euroins Insurance Group (EIG), which in turn is part of financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH].
