June 5 (SeeNews) - Two candidates submitted bids in a 757,500 euro ($815,300) tender for awarding a one-year insurance contract for four aircraft owned by Bulgaria's State Aviation Operator, official data showed on Monday.
The tender attracted offers from Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group and Euroins, according to data published in the public procurement register. The proposed prices were not disclosed.
The tender, launched by the government agency providing air transport services for state officials, relates to the insurance of two planes and two helicopters, including loss of or damage to the aircraft, third-party liability, passenger and cargo liability, war risk and casualty and collision (casco) insurance.
The proposed insurance premium will have 80% weight in the overall ranking of the bids, with the minimum deductible under the casco insurance policy accounting for the remaining 20%.
