July 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator said it has delisted 12 companies from the registry of public companies.
The Financial Supervision Commission has delisted joint-stock company AKB Corporation, Yuzhen Industrialen Park, Zavaratchni Mashini, Besttechnica TM-Radomir, Slivnitza 1968, Men Investment Group, Mesokombinat Kazanlak, Yurokapital Biteks, SMP-Bukhovo, Orfey B, Rezervni Chasti and Marble Arts, it said in a statement late on Thursday.
It did not provide further details.
The regulator has also removed from the registry the securities issued by the five companies.
