SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 24 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said it has approved the prospectus of investment holding company Sila Holding [BUL:6S5] for a capital hike via the issuance of 18 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev ($0.60/0.51 euro) each.
The shares will be issued at a price of 2 levs apiece, the FSC said in a statement on Wednesday.
Sila Holding currently has a registered capital of 20 million levs, distributed in 20 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each, according to the Bulgarian commercial register.
