May 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has approved the prospectus of local financial services company ITF Group for listing a seven-year 5 million levs ($2.8 million/2.6 million euro) bond issue on the Sofia bourse.
The issue comprises 5,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each, the regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.
The bonds, due in November 2026, carry an annual coupon of 10%.
ITF Group is now due to seek admission to trading of the issue on the Sofia bourse.
