SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 21 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission said it has approved forex and CFD broker Deltastock’s prospectus for a capital increase via a new share issue.
Deltastock intends to issue 1.55 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev ($0.6/0.5 euro) each at a price between 3.4 levs and 4.4 levs apiece, the financial regulator said in a statement last week.
In July, Deltastock increased its capital to 9 million levs from 3.3 million levs, data from the country’s central depository showed.
