October 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it approved the warrant issue prospectus of local pharmaceuticals trader Sopharma Trading [BUL:SFT].
Sopharma Trading will issue up to 11,425,350 warrants with an exercise price of 6.75 levs ($3.98/3.45 euro) and an issue price of 0.60 levs each, the FSC said in a statement on Tuesday.
In June, Sopharma Trading said its board of directors approved the planned issuance of the respective warrants which will give their holders the right to subscribe for company shares within three years after the issuance.
As at 12:25 CET on Wednesday, shares in Sopharma Trading changed hands 0.81% lower at 4.88 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Sopharma Trading is a unit of Bulgarian pharmaceuticals producer Sopharma [BUL:SFA].
