July 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Convenience, which operates online grocery shop eBag.bg, said that it will seek to raise just under 1 million levs ($577,000/511,000 euro) in an upcoming capital increase via a new share issue.
Convenience intends to offer 4,262 Class A shares and 4,134 Class B shares both at a price of 116.48 levs per share, the minutes from the company's recent shareholders meeting, published on Wednesday, showed.
Earlier this year, the company raised 1.9 million levs by placing 6,250 Class A shares at a price of 96 levs apiece, and 10,914 Class B shares at a price of 116.48 levs per share.
In November 2018, Bulgarian venture capital fund Eleven Ventures said that it has decided to invest between 100,000 euro and 300,000 euro in eBag.bg.
Online grocery shop eBag.bg offers more than 11,000 products and makes over 250 daily deliveries in Sofia.
