SOFIA (Bulgaria), February 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Convenience, which operates online grocery shop eBag.bg, will seek to nearly 1 million levs ($553,000/511,000 euro) in an upcoming capital increase, according to commercial register documents.
Convenience intends to issue 6,670 Class B shares at a price of 146.61 levs apiece, documents filed by the company with the commercial register on Monday showed.
The decision was approved by the company's shareholders at a meeting held on February 11.
Online grocery shop eBag.bg offers more than 11,000 products and makes over 250 daily deliveries in Sofia.
