SOFIA (Bulgaria), March 17 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian drug maker Unipharm said on Friday its parent company Sopharma [BUL:3JR] has proposed to buy the remaining stake of 22.37% in Unipharm it does not already own.
Sopharma offers to pay 4.35 levs ($2.4/2.2 euro) for each of the 1,342,234 shares it wants to acquire, Unipharm said in a bourse filing.

In December, Sopharma increased its stake in Unipharm by acquiring a further 8.87%.
Sopharma's shares closed 1.36% higher at 3.815 levs on Friday as 132,548 units changed hands on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
