November 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Commission for Protection of Competition said on Monday that it has imposed a 58,340 levs ($32,840/29,829 euro) fine on local baby care items retailer Maximi over its infringement of the Dundio trademark, owned by Orenda Bulgaria.
The fine represents 1% of Maximi's turnover in 2018, the competition regulator said in a statement.
Maximi operates through an online e-commerce platform, while Orenda Bulgaria also operates both online and through a physical store in Sofia.
