July 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian energy company Water and Energy Savings, also known as WeSave, has attracted an investment of 1 million euro ($1.2 million) from local New Vision 3 Fund and private investor Andrey Andonov, commercial register data shows.
New Vision 3 Fund has acquired 2,653 class A preference shares for 796,000 euro, while Andonov has acquired 680 shares of the same type for 204,000 euro, documents entered into the commercial register on Wednesday show.
All 3,333 newly-issued shares have a nominal value of ten levs each.
WeSave has a registered capital of 83,330 levs, divided into 5,000 ordinary shares and 3,333 preference shares, following the increase.
The two new investors were also admitted to WeSave's board of directors.
Before the capital increase, former deputy minister of energy Ilko Yotsev held 67% interest in the company, while another private individual - Evgeny Stefanov, owned 33%.
Vratsa-based WeSave, established in 2013, specialises in the implementation of energy-efficiency and renewable energy projects.
