SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 18 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian car battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:52E] said on Friday its sales revenue rose to 20.4 million levs ($12.2 million/10.4 million euro) in the first seven months, compared to previously reported sales of 19.9 million levs in the like period of 2016.
In July alone, the company recorded a sales revenue of 2.5 million levs and a gross profit of 18,000 levs.

The company’s gross profit in the January-July period amounted to 599,000 levs, Elhim Iskra said in a statement.
Elhim Iskra posted a gross profit of 965,000 levs in the first seven months of last year.
The company expects a sales revenue of 2.2 million levs in the month of August, Elhim Iskra said.
