October 4 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said on Thursday that it has received a request for admission to trading of 193,950 shares in cable manufacturer Emka [BUL:57E], which the company issued in a recent capital increase.
Following the capital hike, Emka has a registered capital of 21.7 million levs ($12.7 million/11.1 million euro), divided into 21.7 million shares, the Sofia bourse said in a notice.
In August, investors subscribed for 193,950 of a total of 215,000 shares, which the company offered for subscription at a price of 1 levs apiece. Only members of the company's management had the right to subscribe for shares from the new issue.
Emka shares last traded on the Sofia bourse at a price of 2.62 levs.
Emka is part of Bulgarian diversified group Industrial Capital Holding [BUL:4I8].
