SOFIA (Bulgaria), September 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's central bank said that it has awarded a payment institution license to local company Iris Solutions.
The scope of the company's license covers payment initiation services and account information services, the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) said in a statement on Tuesday.
Iris Solutions, set up in 2018, is majority owned by private individual Galya Dimitrova, who holds a 51% stake, according to commercial register data.
Two other private individuals - Tzvetomir Doskov and Neli Doskova, hold interest of 34.6% and 14.4%, respectively.
