November 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian cloud-based employee benefits management platform ReBeneFit has collected 1.167 million euro ($1.2 million) in a capital increase which was part of a new fundraising round, participating Bulgarian investor ImPulse I [BUL:IMP] said.
ImPulse I took part in the round through its ImVenture II fund, which injected 307,000 euro in ReBeneFit's capital hike, the investment firm said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

Two more Bulgarian growth investors participated in the transaction -- New Vision Fund 3 and Vitosha Venture Partners.
Sofia-based ReBeneFit was founded in 2020 and has grown to over 10,000 active users, more than 40 service vendors and over 50 clients. The start-up connects vendors, HR managers and employees, offering customised services in the administration and management of employee benefits such as wellness and sports memberships, transport passes and fuel vouchers, parking facilities, insurance, education and even charity causes.
Last week, ImPulse I's ImVenture II fund committed 100,000 euro to portfolio company United Commercial Outlets to help speed up its expansion into Romania.
Earlier this year, ImPulse I reported a 163% year-on-year surge in revenue generated through its portfolio of start-up investments.
