April 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's government said on Friday that it has approved two draft agreements with China for the purchase of pharmaceutical products needed for the treatment of patients suffering from the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
In accordance with the agreements, Bulgaria will purchase 171,429 packages of Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets 100 mg for $582,859 (540,060 euro) and 30,000 packages of Azithromycin Dispersible Tablet 250 mg for $46,200, the government said in a statement.
The agreements are due to be signed shortly, the government said.
