February 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's government said on Thursday that it has decided to terminate its negotiations for the purchase of a new aircraft for the needs of the government agency in charge of air transport of high ranking state officials.
The government gave no reason for its decision in a statement published following its weekly meeting.
In December, the government mandated the agency to hold talks for the purchase of a new aircraft and the construction of a hangar for its storage and maintenance.
Last month, the government agency launched a tender for awarding a four-year framework agreement for the maintenance of its Airbus A-319 airplane.
