February 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's finance ministry said on Monday it sold 60 million levs ($32.6 million/30.7 million euro) in four-year Treasury notes at an average weighed annual yield of 0.18%, a record low for coupon-bearing government securities, as the issue was oversubscribed more than three times.
The spread over German bunds in this segment is 80 basis points, the ministry said in a statement.
Dealers placed bids for 213.25 million levs of T-notes. The issue will mature on February 22, 2021.
The T-notes carry an annual coupon of 0.30% paid semi-annually, the central bank said in a separate statement.
Last week, Bulgaria's finance ministry sold 200 million levs of three-year Treasury notes at an average weighted annual yield of 0.36%.
