January 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's industrial producer prices index (PPI) rose by 8.5% on a monthly comparison basis in November, marking the second-biggest increase on this indicator among all EU member states, after Denmark, Eurostat said on Thursday.
Romania followed with a 7.3% monthly rise in PPI, while it also posted the Union's third-highest annual PPI increase of 40.4%.
Elsewhere in Southeast Europe (SEE), Slovenia saw the lowest increase on an annual comparison basis among EU member states in the region, of 10.1%. For the monthly percentage change in November, Croatia ranked lowest in SEE, with a 0.5% rise.
