January 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria and Romania posted the highest annual increases in industrial producer prices among EU member states in November - of 4.0% and 3.6%, respectively, the bloc's statistical office said on Monday.
Greece and Slovenia followed, both with a 2% rise in their industrial producer price indexes, Eurostat data showed.
On a monthly comparison basis, Bulgaria's industrial producer price index (PPI) added 0.3% in November, while Romania's PPI rose by 0.4%.
Greece's industrial PPI rose 3.4% month-on-month in November, while Slovenia's PPI edged up by 0.1%.
Elsewhere in Southeast Europe (SEE), Croatia's industrial PPI rose by 0.3% year-on-year and by 0.2% compared to the previous month.
On average, industrial PPI in the EU fell by an annual 1.0% in November and edged up 0.1% on a monthly comparison basis.
