July 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria had a government debt-to-GDP ratio of 24.1% at the end of the first quarter of 2018, the third lowest in the European Union, after Estonia and Luxembourg, Eurostat said on Friday.
Romania's debt-to-GDP ratio was the fourth lowest among EU member states as of end-March, at 34.4%, Eurostat said in a statement.
Among EU member states from Southeast Europe (SEE), Greece posted the highest government debt-to-GDP ratio, of 180.4%.
