December 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) said on Friday that it has opened a 10.4 million levs ($6.0 million/5.3 million euro) tender for repair of two road sections in the country's northwest.
The repairs will be financed by the EU-funded cross border cooperation programme Interreg V-A Romania-Bulgaria, RIA said in a tender notice.
The public procurement procedure is divided into two lots.
The first contract, with an estimated value of 5.93 million levs, provides for the repair of a section of road III-118, connecting the towns of Gulyantsi and Dolna Mitropolia.
The other contract envisages repair of part of road II-81, connecting Kostinbrod to Montana, for an estimated 4.43 million levs.
The deadline for submitting offers is January 21.
Bids will be ranked based on price, which carries 60% weight in the final mark, and technical criteria.
