October 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's defence ministry said on Monday that it has launched a tender for signing a 3-year framework agreement for ensuring the airworthiness of An-30 aircraft, worth an estimated 5 million levs ($2.8 million/2.6 million euro), VAT excluded.
The deadline for submitting offers is December 5, the defence ministry said in a tender notice.
Bids will be ranked based on price, with 80% weight, and time for completing necessary repairs.
