DNEVNIK
- Bulgarian media group Net Entertainment Group (http://net.bg) has bought 76% of local football website www.winner.bg, with over 50,000 visitors a day, for an undisclosed sum, Net Entertainment Group said in a statemen on its website.
- The Bulgarian unit of European copper smelter Aurubis produced 240,000 tonnes of copper concentrate in the third quarter of the 2008/2009 fiscal year ending September 30, up by 35,000 tonnes from a year ago, Aurubis said.
SEGA
- The government in Sofia will decide in September whether or not to freeze the project for the construction of the country's second nuclear power plant, Belene, Economy, Energy and Tourism Minister Traycho Traykov told national radio broadcaster BNR on Sunday.

- The Bulgarian municipality of Ruse and the Romanian municipality of Giurgiu, facing each other across the Danube, plan to build a hi-tech park, deputy mayor of the Ruse municipality, Aleksander Ndelchev, said.

- A total of 57 creditors of Bulgaria's insolvent steel mill Kremikovtzi with combined receivables worth 1.5 billion levs have said they want their debts transformed into shares in the plant, receiver Tsvetan Bankov said.
