July 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's petroleum products production grew to 625,000 t. in May from 523,000 t. in the same month of last year, as petrol output nearly tripled to 159,000 t. from 55,000 t, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on Tuesday.
Electricity production in Bulgaria rose by an annual 1.9% to 3,032 GWh in May, the NSI said in a statement.
Petroleum products deliveries edged up to 353,000 t. in May from 343,000 t. in the comparable period of 2018, while electricity deliveries rose by 7.9% year-on-year to 2,548 GWh.
