April 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian companies can apply to take part in planned infrastructure projects in Lebanon worth over $7 billion (6.21 billion euro), deputy economy minister Aleksandar Manolev has said.
Bulgarian construction companies have accumulated vast experience in developing major infrastructure projects in their home country over the past decade which allows them to work according to global standards, Manolev said during a meeting in Lebanon with Lebanese telecommunications minister Mohammad Choucair, according to a press release issued by the economy ministry on Wednesday.
The infrastructure projects will be implemented in the sectors of transport, energy and telecommunications in Lebanon.
