December 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's government said on Wednesday that it has extended by 15 years the term of two of its concession contracts with local company Oil and Gas Exploration and Production [BUL:4O1].
The two contracts concern the Dolni Dabnik and Gorni Dabnik deposits in the Pleven region, the government said in a statement following its weekly meeting.
The contracts were signed for a 17-year period in 2003.
As at 14:05 CET on Wednesday, Oil and Gas Exploration and Production shares traded at 6.65 levs ($3.77/3.40 euro), unchanged from their previous closing price on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
