March 15 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian education ministry said on Wednesday it launched a public tender worth an estimated 17.3 million levs ($9.5 million/8.8 million euro) for the development and maintenance of a digital vocational learning platform.
The project aims to create a single digital environment for delivering online training courses for professional qualification of adults and for the acquisition of key competences, the ministry said in a tender notice published in the public procurement register
The deadline for submitting offers is April 11.
Price, professional competencies and technical criteria will have 30%, 30% and 40% weight respectively in the overall ranking of the bids.
