March 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's government said on Wednesday that it has awarded a one-year license for building materials exploration at the Shtarkelite-2 site to local company K I Engineering.
The company will invest 29,000 levs ($16,000/15,000 euro) into exploration works at the site, near the city of Plovdiv, the government said in a statement.
K I Engineering is a fully-owned unit of local company BG Trans 11, according to commercial register data.
Last week, Bulgaria's government awarded a one-year license for building materials exploration at the Karutsata site to local company Balastrieri, which is also a fully-owned unit of BG Trans 11.
