March 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency said on Monday that it has signed a 12.8 million levs ($7 million/6.5 million euro) framework agreement for road maintenance with a tie-up between three local companies.
The tie-up comprises Patengineeringstroy-T, Bitumina and Stroymontazh, the government agency said in a notice.
According to registry agency data, Patengineeringstroy-T and Bitumina hold 40% interest each, while Stroymontazh has 20%.
The agreement concerns some 505 kilometres of roads in the Razgrad region.
The contract was signed on March 19, according to the notice.
The public procurement procedure for awarding the contract attracted two offers.
